Whilst we have hard rounds on Kinder in the form of the Dozen and the Killer and long tours like the 4 County Tops and the 15 Trigs we didn&rsquo;t have a hard tour round the Derwent Valley which is a natural circuit.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tI spent a year or so linking places that the Warts visit and where Dark Peak races go and added to the places that I like to run to.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tThe route has plenty opportunity for route choice and navigation, It covers deep heather , tussocks, grass, rocks and tracks, fast descents and steep climbs. I&rsquo;ve built in plenty of water stops which were much needed today. For those who are thinking of a BG in the future this would be an Ideal training run.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;<br \/>\n\tA full account will appear in the next Newsletter.
