This year the dinner will be on Saturday November 14th at Low Bradfield Village Hall, 6.30 for 7pm (earlier start to allow a bit more time for drinking etc.). There will be a bar by Bradfield Brewery. The dinner will be followed by a ceilidh with the Rhythm Chaps (as per last year) and, of course, kilts will be optional but preferred.<\/p>\n
The cost is \u00a325 per head, (\u00a35 cheaper than last year, deflation for you!).<\/p>\n
The menu is shown below. I’ve still to finalise a few details regarding the actual menu but it will be a sit down meal with waiter\/waitress service, followed by the usual speeches from our Chairman and the awarding of the coveted “Pertex” trophy and then the ceilidh until midnight at least. There is a bus service that runs from the Village Hall to Hillsborough around about midnight and there is ample space for camper vans to park up for the night, although tents might be problematic!<\/p>\n
