The course is the usual tough three-mile blast up and down the steep slopes of Acorn Hill, and with the usual time-trial format. Starts available any time between 4pm and 7pm, then competitors are welcome to the post-race barbecue and beer tasting afterwards. Start and finish is at 615 Loxley Road. Contact organiser Dave Holmes if you need further details. All welcome. Please bring some liquid refreshment, and something to put on the barbecue if you want to eat.
