For the record, Bob went clockwise and ran solo having previously stashed food at Fersit and Loch Eilde Mor. A fine achievement!<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/blog\/pictures\/2022-06-26--BJ-Ramsay.jpg-web.png\" width=\"339\" height=\"377\" style=\"width:339px;height:377px;\" alt=\"2022-06-26--BJ-Ramsay.jpg-web.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Congratulations also to Andy Holt and Alex Welbourne who both defied some robust weather to complete their BG\u2019s in 23 hours and a handful of minutes. As ever with the club\u2019s BG weekend, their support runners did sterling work, especially on the night leg. It is also worth highlighting the work that Richard Hakes has put into the DPFR BG weekends over the last two decades or so. Richard has had a hand in approximately 77 completions!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/blog\/pictures\/2022-06-26--IMG-3985.jpg\" alt=\"2022-06-26--IMG-3985.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><u>Junior coordinator<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Lewis Ashton, who has done a sterling job as the Junior Coordinator these past five years and counting, will be stepping down from the role next year. The Junior section is thriving and long may this be so. There is an opportunity for someone, or a couple perhaps, to step into Lewis\u2019s shoes and they will get maximum support from both the Club in general and Lewis in particular.
