He provided a session containing fartleks and structured pacing circuits, ahead of the upcoming championship races. It\u2019s really good to create inspiration and a bridge through to the senior club. Should any other senior athletes be keen to support or lead a session, Lewis would be really keen to hear from you. We have a wealth of experience and resources to help you build a great session!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Paul Faucet needs a few more volunteers to help marshal the Burbage Skyline race that will be on Tuesday, 7<sup>th<\/sup> June.
