If they haven\u2019t already done so, contenders should give Richard Hakes a heads up soonish. For the benefit of newer members of the club, the BG weekend is, in my opinion at least, much the best thing that the club does. The support runners &#8211; and each contender needs at least five and preferably more \u2013 get a great day out on the hill helping their contender really suffer followed by an epic night in the pub.
