Good work! Hopefully, prospective BG contenders for 2022 will have the opportunity to take advantage of the club\u2019s legendary BG machine in June. I\u2019m guessing that the starting gun will go off at 18:45 on either Friday 17<sup>th<\/sup> or Friday 24<sup>th<\/sup> June.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"redactor-invisible-space\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/blog\/pictures\/2021-09-01--IMG-2961.jpg-web.png\" alt=\"2021-09-01--IMG-2961.jpg-web.png\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Keeping a beady eye on Wednesday\u2019s \u2018All Comers Group\u2019 in Bretton Clough.<\/p>\n<p><u>Upcoming events<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 4<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Longshaw Sheepdog Trials. For a Newbie, and I\u2019ve met several on recent club runs, this would be a good choice as a first fell race.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 5<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Bleaklow Blitz. Mostly Pennine Way up and down Torside. Ditto the comment above.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 11<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Groovy Kinder Love. 50 at 50 counter.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 11<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Nine Edges<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 12<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Ilam and Ilam Juniors. The latter is a championship race.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 12<sup>th<\/sup> September \u2013 Peak Raid.
