Roy Small has provided a <a href=\"news\/DPFR%20Birthday%20Run%20Schedule.pdf\">run schedule<\/a> and a <a href=\"news\/DPFR%20Birthday%20Cycle%20Schedule.pdf\">cycle schedule<\/a> for anyone interested in taking part.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nThe total length of the run is 78Km, cycle 91Km but there is plenty of opportunity to join in for individual sections or just providing moral support. The run is due to start at the Sportsman at 6 am, finishing at the same venue 12 hours later. The cycle will start at 12 noon.
