The Kozen is a Kinder Dozen and a Kinder Killer back to back and, according to Ben\u2019s Strava, is 53 miles in length with 18,000 feet of ascent. Willy Kitchen and Dave McGuinness ran the first Kozen seven years ago in 18:17.
