Suntan stuff would have helped. Wet and boggy up to Esk Hause, and no problems route-finding, usually people in sight. That descent off Scafell Pike doesn&#8217;t improve&#8230;Lots of very kind people throughout with water for us needy runners<br \/>\n\t1st Ladies and 1st Men<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\"> &#8211; <\/span>that must mean 1st Ladies Vets<span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 255);\">. <\/span>Lloyd 2nd. Speaking around afterwards, many runners had a hard trip round<br \/>\n\tTwo races left, AM Weasdale and then this Kielder thing. Weasdale is typical grassy Howgills, good running. Don&#8217;t know anything about Kielder.<br \/>\n\t&nbsp;&nbsp; Next Saturday is the excellent Turner Landscape, from Duddon. (Grey Friars, Swirl How, Coniston Old Man, Dow, White Pike).
