Calderdale Relay:-<\/span> is Sunday, 13th May. Held previously in December, we\u2019d put out strong teams. This year on the same weekend there is Ireland (British Championships). Cressbrook and Mt Famine \u2013 nearer to home. Also the classic Fairfield. If you want team(s) entering, speak out \u2013 and maybe you\u2019ll need to be organising something. Carshare would prefer to be on Fairfield Horseshoe, rather than Wainstalls.<\/p>\n

Exe to Axe<\/span> \u2013 doesn\u2019t someone usually do this? Yes, this year it\u2019s Dave Sykes. \u201cI did the Exe to Axe race on Sunday along the SW coastal path – lots of flat running with the odd up and down. For me, with all that running it was quite a hard race, but I finished 47th in 3:41:33. I’ll try and do it next year if it doesn’t clash with anything but I’ll not be wearing fell shoes again – 2 miles along Budleigh Salterton promenade in X talons was not much fun.\u201d Results<\/a>. <\/p>\n
