 Park Run<\/a> on Saturday. Very impressed indeed with this. 3km, 9am start. As a main run it would be insufficient, 3 laps of The Stray in Harrogate, but as a flat speed burst, coupled with a Sunday fell effort, these could be extremely useful. No registration fuss, just set off, show your barcode at the funnel, and the results are online when you get home \u2013 almost. Plenty of park runs around,<\/a> including Concord and Endcliffe Parks in Sheffield. <\/p>\n
