It was good to see a few from Dark Peak make the journey, and carsharing, to race around a challenging and fast course, taking in the hills of Grizedale Pike, Crag Hill and Barrow. The honours were taken by Ian Holmes with Simon Booth and John Henegan close behind. The ladies race was won by Lou Roberts with Dark Peaks Nicky Spinks taking second. Huge thanks goes to the large number of people volunteering their services, so much so that Hazel and myself could both run. In particular a mention for Dave Taylor and Cath (Dark Peak); Mark Roberts, Logan and Mike Fanning (Borrowdale); Paul Brittleton (Helm Hill); Lou Roberts and Jon Broxap (Kendal); Mike Meadowcroft, Ian Roberts and Ally Welsh (Bowland); Judy Howells (Wharfedale); Ben Abdelnoor (Ambleside); Mark Graham (CFR) and Helen, Adi, Carole and Brian (family).”

Moelwyns - results

Trunce (2) - results
Herod Farm - results
Hartcliff Hill – results

Loads of good travelling races coming along, please get these cars filled up by sharing….
