From Willy:- “ Lynn and Kev had a steady leg one (54th). Dave Bollington and I did the best we could to hang on, gaining two places (but 56th on the leg as a whole). Kirsty and Channah (46th) then beat the women’s record for leg 3, only to find the Tod women’s pair just in front had already beaten it by an additional 30 secs. Darrell and Tom Saville ran a scorching leg 4 (15th), catching Pippa and Nicky somewhat unawares at the changeover, who nonetheless brought home the baton in overall 38th position (40th on the leg). Shame Tom’ll have to wait another couple of years ’til he’s allowed to run a longer leg – damned impressive result with Darrell that. Many thanks to Lynn for organising – and for having Dave and I along for the ride.
Top day out – can’t understand why there aren’t more takers for it within the club.”

Tigger Tor :- First news from Lewis:- “A very good club turn out, as is the norm.
