Shining Cliff  – results<\/a> . <\/font>Pete Tapping sends:- \u201cCold but sunny, bitter in the wind, with ice and mud to contend with in this twice round the woods run. Reverse of previous races from the top of the hill rather than the bottom, but plenty of parking at a different pub although 800m from the start. Good turnout and David Denton puts on several classes for juniors, which is a fantastic effort.\u201d <\/p>\n

Carshare had this knee arthroscopy Thursday, keyhole surgery. A distinct lack of cartilage (I wonder why\u2026), with other issues inside. The recommended hope is for 6 weeks without taking weight on it, using crutches, and not driving.
   There\u2019s always a time to review the direction of this carshare page, and now that I\u2019m not running, not at races, not in the Peak, maybe time for someone else?
    Limited computer time for a while, getting up the stairs isn\u2019t easy, but maybe I can get this portable thing working.<\/p>\n
