So star billing to Lewis, (is it these results which take ages to appear?)        <br \/>&#160; \u201cToday at Bamford Sheep Dog trials, all the dogs were found guilty, but not before the judge had to caution the prosecution for leading a witness. A warm and humid day; dry and firm underfoot. Which made for just the right conditions for yet another course record for Stuart Bond.\u201d<\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><font color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Jura:-<font color=\"#000000\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jurafellrace.org.uk\/results\/2010.htm\">results<\/a> . Rob Jebb home first, Es \u2013 3rd, Dave Aucott \u2013 6th. Loads of DPFR runners\u2026             <br \/><\/font><\/span><\/font><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Helvellyn:- <font color=\"#000000\">A cold wind on the ridge along to Helvellyn, a wind that forever seemed to change direction. Bits of rain in the wind as we made the return trip. Only myself and Al Ward (3rd) there, but so many races happening. The first 5 home were Vets, led by Mike Fanning, far ahead on his own. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keswick-ac.org.uk\/\">results<\/a><\/font>         <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">New Dungeon Ghyll.&#160; &#8211; <font color=\"#000000\">we await results with interest, as it looks like a first place for Mike.<\/font>&#160;<font color=\"#000000\">Rhys kindly enlightens us:- \u201c<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span> It was warm and wet, cloud down to about 500m which ultimately contributed to yours truly banana-ing off Harrison Stickle and throwing away all the hard work done on the climbing! Trotted in in 3rd, a long way back from Mike and Sam Watson who tussled all the way down &#8211; Mike pulling away when Sam decided upon a close up inspection of the footpath.     <br \/>Mike won a meal for two in the NDG as well as taking the record, while I\u2019ll&#160; be taking my bottle of wine up Harrison Stickle and bludgeoning some sense into myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Chatsworth 10km.<\/font> \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.helenstrust.org.uk\/page447.asp?newsid=54\">results<\/a>. \u201cStuart Bond did indeed come second, in 32:29. The only declared Dark Peaker is Naomi Baynes in 48:48\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Hutton Roof:-<\/span>&#160; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.race-results.co.uk\/results\/2010\/hutton.pdf\">results.<\/a>&#160; with Simon Phipps (1.03.40 and Martin Smith \u2013 1.09.00&#160; <br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Saddleworth:-<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.saddleworth-runners.co.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/SFR2010_2.pdf\">results<\/a>         <br \/><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Cader Idris:- <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cader-race.co.uk\/English\/2010result.html\">results.<\/a>&#160; <font color=\"#000000\">Seems like no travellers this year\u2026<\/font>&#160;<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">&#160; <br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Shutlingsloe:- <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wildboarclough.co.uk\/2010_results.htm\">results<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Next Weekend:      <br \/>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Lakeland Classics (1) \u2013 Duddon.. <span style=\"color: #000000\">We won the series last year \u2013 just \u2013 retaining the trophy will be even harder. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.duddonvalleyfellrace.org.uk\/downloads\/long_duddon_2010.pdf\">Entry Form<\/a> .
