Read it for entertaining accounts of the Bob Graham Round, the Fellsman, classic Lake District fell races, the Ben Nevis Race, the Grizzly and many more. Thirty-five different running clubs and fifty runners have contributed to the book. This year there are only two of us so far, which will mean mayhem and madness in and around Edale as people don\u2019t park in the right places. It\u2019s one of only a few opportunities you\u2019ll ever get to both be a marshal and run an AL race! Last year at least three of us did the job then ran\u2026 This year it could be you! I\u2019ve got the CP\u2019s, but linking them up will be thoughtful, to say the least\u2026.<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Silent Valley \u2013 Ireland. <\/font><font color=\"#000000\">Well, here it is\u2026.We start at the very far end of that reservoir, do plenty of big climbs to the L of this picture, and this is the second part of the course. The steep pointed thing is Doan, that on the far right is Slieve Muck, then across to that one above the reservoir \u2013 Slievenaglogh. Big hills indeed , but the navigational handrail of the Mourne Wall will help considerably.
