The venue is Korbielow, Poland. <\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span>SW of Cracow, NW of Zakopane, near the Slovakian border. Site is&#160; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wmmrc2010.org\">www.wmmrc2010.org<\/a>&#160; but not up &amp; running yet. Date is Saturday September 4th.&#160; Below 55 or 60 (not sure of cut off) do 10km with almost 1000m ascent, 60 &amp; above do 8km with almost as much ascent.&#160; Sounds hard !     <br \/>&#160;&#160;&#160; But \u2013 there are, at present, direct flights from Leeds to Krakow, and Google Maps has it as 114km journey after that. Sounds like a good few days away, especially if flights can be booked early.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amblesideac.org.uk\/news.htm\">Langdale Substitutions.<\/a> <font color=\"#000000\">Much as we\u2019d like to fiddle internal substitutions, the organisers have the waiting list, and the correct procedure is to notify the organiser if you\u2019re unable to run. Crafty substitutions will cause trouble\u2026<\/font><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Saturday &#8211;<\/span>&#160; <\/span>Three Shires, <span style=\"color: #000000\">Entry on Day,<\/span> <\/span>points for the Lakeland Classics? It might be right busy, being a similar race to Langdale.&#160;&#160; <br \/>&#160;&#160;&#160; Parking will be at the quarries, Hodge Close, same as last year.This worked fine, but leave extra time for the 15mins walk in. Take all your stuff to the start and leave a bag there \u2013 and not the same&#160; bag as everyone else\u2026     <br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dpfr.org.uk\/blog\/?attachment_id=2175\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2175\">route notes<\/a>&#160; &#8211; the weather looks to be set fair, so no real clag problems\u2026&#160; <br \/>&#160; <font color=\"#0000ff\">Results<\/font>:- could someone please copy down from the sticky labels , and send through to the webmaster, as I\u2019ll not be running\u2026.     <br \/>&#160;&#160;&#160; <br \/><font color=\"#0000ff\">Travel<\/font> \u2013 Willy is driving up with room \u2013 see Comments.
