John will have them out soon. &#8220;<\/font><\/font>Only a few from the Club made the trip, but well worth it. Fast trails a bit of a shock after recent Club Kinder races! Usual good organisation, and plenty of tea, soup and cakes at the village hall, plus a very full prize list prorated to entry numbers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fellrunner.org.uk\/results\/race09\/09_shiningwoods.html\">Shining Cliff Results<\/a>&nbsp; And news from Stuart Learmouth:- &#8220;The big freeze ended just in time for Dave Denton\u2019s first race of the year at Shining Cliff Woods in the Amber Valley and a local dry spell left the course in good condition and not the mud bath most were expecting. The two-lap race is run on a mix of forest track, woodland paths and a section of flat metalled road (through a derelict factory). The uphills don\u2019t last too long and the down hills are even shorter, plus there is always the hope of a negative split for your second lap!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\"><font color=\"#0000ff\">Clay Bank East<\/font>:- <\/font><font color=\"#000000\">N Y Moors. Cold, windswept and nastily icy, bits of lying snow and slippy slabs and tracks. Good if you live nearby, but nothing special. 6ml, 900ft &#8211; needed to have more hills and be a lot more genuine fell. But we accept what&#8217;s on offer, once we line up.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">WASDALE- 250 limit&#8230;<\/font>Martin Stocks helps, with:- &#8220;Book early to avoid disappointment&#8230;..no, it&#8217;s OK for a while yet Martin, only have a handful of entries so far, but if you send me your details &amp; a<br \/>cheque payable to CFRA for \u00a38.50 that will secure you a place.&#8221; Entry details in the Calendar. <\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#0000ff\">Championship Races Pre-entry<\/font>.
