With the normal outrun fields unavailable, a long road hill at the start and finish. But good stuff once on the fell &#8211; AS and1800ft. So I now know that the &quot;B&quot;, in the Rolls Royce RB2 jet engines, is &quot;B&quot; for Barnolsdwick&#8230;where the factory is&#8230;       <\/p>\n<p><\/span><span><span><font color=\"#0000ff\">James Thorn<\/font>:- hoping some results may? emerge&#8230; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><font color=\"#0000ff\">Grindleford<\/font>:-<\/span><\/span><span> not sure where any results will come from?      <br \/><\/span>    <br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oughtibridgegala.co.uk\/content\/view\/50\/49\/\">Oughtibridge Gala Chase<\/a> Kevin Dudley kindly sends:- &quot;The biggest entry I&#8217;ve seen for this race, mostly the large presence from nearby Penistone Footpath Runners. Also notable was a respectable entry of juniors from the local school, about 20 in all. Not strictly a fell race, but has enough &#8216;up&#8217; to make it worthwhile. The course climbs through Wharncliffe Woods on good trails then returns back to the park at break-neck speed. But&#8230;aargh, they make you run round the field again! Two full cars from Sheffield, that&#8217;s the only way to do this expensive travelling. Congratulations to all. Now for&#160; Wasdale&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;And I don&#8217;t mean those from eastern Europe. I mean those that you use to help you uphill. I was very surprised, as were many others, to see someone, using 2 &#8216;walking sticks&#8217; in the Ennerdale fell race. Any thoughts on this? Which leaves me wondering if Geoff Briggs did the same &#8211; but after Ennerdale?
