Couldn&#8217;t have got anywhere close to this without a fantastic support<br \/>\nteam who kept me supplied with liquid all the way round &#8211; Charlie Adams &#038;<br \/>\nJonathan Bradshaw (1), Malcolm Patterson &#038; Neil Conway (2), Alan Ward &#038; John<br \/>\nBoyle (3), Dave Harrison &#038; Paul Hague (4), Mark Chapman,Mike Sprot &#038; Andy Middleditch (5).<br \/>\nMixed weather conditions with low cloud to start &#8211; in particular zero visibility all the way from Clough Head to Helvellyn &#8211; with Malcolm &#038; Neil&#8217;s navigation being absolutely spot on.<br \/>\n We were 23 mins up on schedule at Dunmail then it started getting a bit<br \/>\ntoo warm for comfort.  Luckily John had a &#8216;Paula Radcliffe&#8217; white cap in his<br \/>\nrucsac which saved me from getting too fried.
