The race was up the Muttersberg  (Mother Hill = Mam Tor&#8230;) . Avery hard course, relentless climbing up his hill,  roads, gravel tracks with a bit of steep woodland paths, nothing like a fell  route, but lots of support and encouragement. Superbly organised this year in  every way, around 1000runners. , worth going for the occasion, the town,  excellent scenery, Austria at its very best. It just needed Willie Wonka, as the  aroma from the Milka chocolate factory drifted over the town &#8211; loads of cheap  chocolate at the factory shop, and a daily hotel visit from the Chocolate Fairy.  For the first time there were team prizes, so congratulations to Julie Wilson as  part of the winning England L35 Team.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.berglaufteam.com\/wm\/ergebnisse.html\">Full Results<\/a>. Medals for John Brown &#8211; 2nd  V35 : Nigel Gates &#8211; 1st V50 : Jane Clark &#8211; 3rd V40.
