Somewhat embarrassingly the<br \/>\norganiser is in the lead (although his score is unlikely to increase hugely). Lakeland<br \/>\nexile Mike Robinson has started well and with high scoring trigs on the<br \/>\ndoorstep could be a strong contender. Lisa Watson, Sally Fawcett and Simon<br \/>\nMills have reaped the rewards of some high value trigs in Snowdonia. However,<br \/>\nit is very early days and with more than 2 weeks to go everything could change.<br \/>\nA trip to Scotland and some remote Munros could prove decisive\u2026<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/uploads\/posts\/pictures\/2021-12-23--12-trig-table-22.12.jpg\" alt=\"2021-12-23--12-trig-table-22.12.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The remotest and top-scoring trig thus far is Foel Fras with a hefty 3,782 points, and the highest trig logged to date is Snowdon at 1,085m. <\/p>\n<p><strong><i>Bonus Points<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,000 bonus for the highest trig visited during the competition<\/li>\n<li>1,000 bonus for the remotest trig visited during the competition<\/li>\n<li>Christmas Day \u2013 points for all trigs visited ON CHRISTMAS DAY are DOUBLED <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Keep sending your trig reports to <a href=\"mailto:tom.brunt1@btinternet.com\">tom.brunt1@btinternet.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Tom Brunt<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As we approach the end of the first week of the 12 Trigs competition here are the current standings.
