The cost per copy is \u00a37.50 and \u00a31.50 postage.  Please check the January 2019 club list as to whether your address is correct or not so it goes to the right place.\n<\/p>\n<p>Roger says &#8220;I think that I can decide the size of print run by 14th Feb.
