Many congratulations to another of the quiet men of DP fell running, Richard Hunt, who slipped (more or less) under the radar last night to complete his anti-clockwise BG in 20 hours and 56 minutes, and in sometimes less than ideal conditions overnight we are hearing. Very richly deserved – with no doubt consummate support from the likes of Dave Lund, Laurence Piercey, Glen Borrell and Fi Jones\/Fulwood (who has just fessed up to struggling to keep up a bit towards the end … I have no doubt about that, Fi; I didn’t dare to come out with you all in the first place!).<\/p>\n
Never really in doubt, but pleasing to see Richard confirm his potential nonetheless, and to do so ‘going the other way. Very well done indeed.<\/p>\n
