To celebrate the commencement of @dpcalendar’s second half century, the calendar can now confirm that a bit of a race around the Kinder Dozen will start from the Nag’s Head, Edale from about 8am on Saturday 6th May (staggered starts to be confirmed anon according to estimated times to finish). I’ve persuaded Cooper’s Campsite to take us on (on our best behaviour) – and I’ll look to lay on the first pint or so at prize-giving and\/or some sort of scran. <\/p>\n

At least 30 already lined up to start, with the women’s race looking particularly competitive, so if you’d like to help me celebrate by taking part – whether for a full, half or quarter dozen – please contact Willy by calendar@dpfr.org.uk indicating if you’re also up for an overnight camp\/kip (Friday and\/or Saturday nights), your anticipated finishing time, and your fastest time for the Dozen (if you’ve done it before).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
