As a Kinder Dozen obsessive, I’ve sought out the permission of Ken Jones to organise a one-off ‘racing’ of the Dozen – full, half or quarter to accommodate all comers – and in the hopes that someone might set a definitive fastest time to trump John Boyle’s fastest known.<\/p>\n
Irritatingly, the closest date to said birthday (6th May) clashes with the British Champs counter at Stuc a’ Chroin, which might very well rule out some who would otherwise fancy taking the opportunity to have a pop; I wanted therefore to gauge likely demand for the different options, dates (from mid-April to mid-May), and venue (Snake Inn or Nag’s Head) before exploring options for pubs, food and camping availability.<\/p>\n
