It is a requirement from the centre that we give the names of people attending, so please <a href=\"mailto:mailto:tim@timray.co.uk\">send me an email<\/a> or speak to me on a Wednesday night to let me know you and your partners and family are coming. It also helps with the BBQ arrangements. <\/p>\n<p>George Yates has again volunteered to serve up pie and peas and there could potentially be two sittings as the Great Longstone Chase is also on the Friday night. <strong>The Thornbridge race will be run on Sunday morning (tbc) to avoid clashes<\/strong>. I&#8217;m looking for a volunteer to organise the kids race on the Saturday afternoon. Cake and Calva at 4pm then the BBQ. <\/p>\n<p>Sunday is traditionally a cyclocross race or whatever else you&#8217;d like to do followed by a tidy up and away. So please reply and let us know you are coming so we can add your name to the list.
