Eleven more road races fortnightly from Bolsterstone Church, starting 13th October, alternating with a fortnightly training session led by Keith (starting next Tuesday 6th).\u00a0 A highly recommended way to get or stay fit over the winter, around some of the quietest and hilliest roads in the region, and featuring a succession of underhand tactics – largely instigated by Messrs Spinks, Holmes and Winterburn – all designed to secure an additional fraction of a percentage of the winner’s time\u00a0 … or just for bragging rights.<\/p>\n
