
  
{"id":1128,"date":"2013-06-30T20:24:24","date_gmt":"2013-06-30T20:24:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dpfr.org.uk\/wp_dpfr\/?p=1128"},"modified":"2013-06-30T20:37:01","modified_gmt":"2013-06-30T20:37:01","slug":"","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dpfr.org.uk\/wp_dpfr\/1128","title":{"rendered":"Running the Dragon\u2019s Belly for Odyssey (2-6 July)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On\u00a0Tuesday morning at 7am,<br \/>\nNicky Spinks, Clare Oliffe, myself and a bunch of others much more likely than<br \/>\nme to make it all the way will be setting off from Conwy Castle to retrace the<br \/>\nroute of the original 1992 Dragon\u2019s Back race (give or take the odd road<br \/>\ncheckpoint).<span>\u00a0 The plan is to run 200<br \/>\nmiles down the length of Wales over 5 days to raise money for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.odyssey.org.uk\/\">Odyssey<\/a>, a small<br \/>\ncharity that organises adventure courses for cancer patients.<\/span>\u00a0 So far, with the help of Tim<br \/>\nRippon and others, we\u2019ve raised a little over \u00a31800.
