On\u00a0Tuesday morning at 7am,
\nNicky Spinks, Clare Oliffe, myself and a bunch of others much more likely than
\nme to make it all the way will be setting off from Conwy Castle to retrace the
\nroute of the original 1992 Dragon\u2019s Back race (give or take the odd road
\ncheckpoint).\u00a0 The plan is to run 200
\nmiles down the length of Wales over 5 days to raise money for Odyssey<\/a>, a small
\ncharity that organises adventure courses for cancer patients.<\/span>\u00a0 So far, with the help of Tim
\nRippon and others, we\u2019ve raised a little over \u00a31800. It costs \u00a36000 to fund a
\ncourse for 10 people and we\u2019d dearly love to get close to that figure as a
\nteam, so if you can make a small donation, it\u2019d be hugely appreciated.<\/p>\n

In return, in those quiet moments
\nat work this week, you can have a laugh at our navigational incompetence by visiting

\nan eye on the news story here which the webmaster has kindly agreed to keep

\ndonated by its producer, Richard Heap, of Slackjaw Film<\/a>.<\/span>
